07/08/2003helloz! hiz, it's been quite a while since i've updated. it's gonna be national day celebrations tmr and national day weekend. i feel that this year's national day is different because of what s'poreans have gone tru. we may not have gone tru all these together, on the same land, but our hearts feelings n thoughts are all united. that we must care for each other and that we must constantly look out for one another. politics aside, s'poreans have worked well with the govt to overcome sars and soon to overcome a looming and shadowy economic downturn.there have been rogue s'poreans who have emerged, unknowing and dangerous. but so as long as we continue to look out and care for one another, as we all know so well, we shouldn'thave to fear and shiver. s'poreans, no matter where they are, will always remain true in their heart.. their roots from this little island, small but big as we spread around the world, now and in the future. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE! yesterday while i was playing street bandy;my class always plays with great passion. there was a wild swipe at the ball by wesley and it caught my hand. originally, it wouldn't have injured me, but the jagged edges at the base of the stick hitting my hand resulted in some injuries. there's this little crater on my index finger, and this scrapped bit of skin on my knuckle. i tot it was painful... but when i got home, reading the newspapers abt the jakarta bombings, i simply paled in comparism. the injuries there, were massive. i daren't say anymore. took my weight before pe yesterday and a whole week of eating has resulted in me putting on only ............0.5 kg. i couldn't believe my eyes. only half a kg. that's unbelievable. i'm going to eat and hope to put on more... i'm just 57.5 kg now, incredibly light! i'll hope to put up more stuff over the weekend, will get down for lunch now! heal the world, love the world, the world lives on! wizzing away on 1:30 PM
