letmeme recall all that has happened in the last few days... it's been ages since i've updated my blog..

i took my sats last saturday. tt day itself was super hectic but i guess i pulled of the sats pretty well. i'm happy for tt and i'm pleased tt i managed to cope better the second time round taking the test. having the experience behind me, i was calmer this time around and i'm looking forward to receiving better results. i hope it'll come tru so i'll just be hopeful for now.

my parents had organised a family gathering for lunch right after my sats. so on my way back, i had to lug home half a roasted duck, 5 loaves of freshly baked delifrance french loaves and battle the rain. it was incredibly humid and i was totally drenched by the time i was home. well. it was a nice sight to see all my family members, my grandma included... and the KIDS... awwman...

when i was having lunch, i wasn't given any peace at all.. given tt i was eating after the kids were done, i was pretty lonely at the table. there was a huge feast on the table but i guess i wasn't able to stomach everything given time constraints and a little discomfort. i hurried tru lunch and quickly shooed all the children down to the playground.u know what, they were racing around the house and with the tables,chairs, fans and whatnot in their way, there was an accident waiting to happen.

so downstairs, i was the guardian of my brother, our four cousins. did i mention? my cousins, two of them, are of mixed blood. they're dutch/singaporean and they look incredibly pretty and handsome respectively. it's awesome and i tell you, the girl will be very pretty next time... i'm expecting my aunt will have a tough time fending off her over-enthusiastic suitors in time to come.. but meanwhile.. she's still a kid. anyway, the kids had a whirlwind of a time down there at the playground and they were just all over the place. somehow, there's still the kid in me and i was also encouraged by them to join in their game. so we played freeze n catching... we lasted some 2 hours, with ribena breaks inbetween before they went up for some cake. what a time... but i like to play with kids, so... it wasn't bad at all... n0t bad at all...

and after all tt, a mentallly exhuastiing morning and a physicallly tiring afternoon, i headed off to a wedding dinner with my mum. u know something about such wedding dinners... the adults see tt u're a young man.. and they have this very strange tendency to tell you tt they're getting ready to attend your own wedding dinner in the near future... i had threee such conversations... haiz.. but letme tell you more about the wedding itself... it was different in it's own sense... when the opening dish came, the video of beauty and the beast where the beauty is served by all the 'live' cockery lead by the crab, was played... it added such a different perspective to the whole event... one thing about weddings is tt u must be to the point and remember to thank the right people... so it was a pretty good wedding all the same...

well, to round off such an awesome day, the moon was absolutely brilliant...
