wowz, i slept for ten straight hours. right after dinner, i plomped off to bed only woke up some ten hours later. marvellous, it's the kind of sleep i needed, having only gotten minimal sleep the previous day.

feeling fresher, not any smarter having not done any work, but i think it's a better effect to be feeling good as opposed to feeling tired n drudgy n dowdy n exhausted n.. the list can go on.

take a breather, take a break. just give urself a chance to clear ur head. take a drink, take a rest. if anything, it'll do some good to get into a long nice nap, and wake up, hopefully refreshed. :)
