did my own training today. i'm quite pleased w my discipline to see the training plan tru and even go w/o lunch for it. i think the school training isn't tt suitable because it doesn't give me a chance to concentrate on my chosen disciple. breastrokers can't possibly be doing 90 percent freestyle during training.. lacking the direction. have always enjoyed the freedom of training alone, and will continue to do so.

failed the physics test, expected. but i've got a challenge to meet up to, ain't gonna let it slip by.

i guess i know what i need. it's excercise and constant exercise. it keeps the mind working and moving.. just shiok. after today's swim, i felt quite alive. the swimmign heats today proceeded w/o incident, though as a stroke judge, together w cheryl, disqualify one competitor. it was cruel, he was third in a three person race and had to be dq coz he didn't finish properly. my president, she got a 2nd for her freestyle, well done to her.

alright, just take care everyone and look up. please take care..i believe there's a flu bug going arnd.

before i go, i just wanna add. life is SO unpredictable. it is clearly exhibited in soccer, just look at the champions league.. all the shocking results, completely completely unexpected.
