i made it to the finals.. i even managed to qualify as 6th.

it's quite surprising.. man, and boy, i'm feeling good for tmr's 100m breast heats. today's was the 200 breast. i did a 2min 57secs, first time i've gone under 3 minutes for this event. i'll work hard on my remaining event.

to concentrate on a race, i should just drop everything and take a step back and rest.. rest rest rest.. i got plenty of that yesterday. books and races don't mix all that well.

it was a pity, a big pity that keith didn't make it. he was shattered i tell you. he came in 9th position. he was angry with himself.. he just missed out 8th spot by point something of a second. that is how close he was.. it would have been fitting if the fairytale that he's been tru could have been carried to culmination.

if there's the will, there's the way.
