it's really been a dream 2 weeks. and i have to work to get out of my comfort zone here. i intend to shock myself into action.. i don't want to look at the calendar and see the days count down without doing anything whatsoever about it.

well, i spent saturday and friday on orchard. when i met my friends there, and told them i wasn't going home, they were quite surprised. spent the night at orchard hotel with my family.
the five of us squeezing into a deluxe room w an extra room. all in all, i had some shopping experience. i didn't buy no nothing, but i was w wan tsin finding a prezzie for her friend.
in the end, after a good lunch at crystal jade, we spent a considerable amount of time in zara picking and choosing some clothes. well, she couldn't be denied the chance and took the opportunity to try some clothes as well. i.. well, i stood around, looked at the clothes a great deal, and couldn't help noticing the relatively good looking ladies in the store, not counting the sales staff. being in there for close to 2 hours, there was lots to see as well. now i know where the costly stuff are, and the price of clothes. i will never fork out 90 bucks for a shirt w/o a good enuff reason. the way money can be thrown around.. woahz.

it was great catching up w wan tsin and also got to meet fudge as well when he joined us for dinner makan. faeiz will be going thailand for a year starting next month.. gosh.

and i want to lead any soul who seek hawker food at well.. hawker prices. forget glutton square, the char kway teow u get there is more like char mee w cockles n prawns, no unique taste. the prices are there to whack you. i know good places in chinatown. feel free to call if u need a food tour. of course, i will eat too lah.
