when you wish your friends 'the best of luck', it may not actually be what u meant to convey.
in saying 'best of luck', it is assumed tt the situation or action your mate is about to embark upon is fraught with high chances of failure, and hence placing you in a position where you are merely paying a compliment.

spending time in the public library is good coz it gives me access to the wealth of information.
more importantly, i am able to read. i just realised how much i miss reading. it is not reading the information that i'll be tested on. reading all the gp notes (even this), the physics summary notes or econs essay outlines have become very difficult to sustain. it's a testy situation here.
i'm glad to be reading again.
