let me relate a funny thing i saw a couple of days ago.

remember spotty? the starhub dog tt aired not too long ago? well, i saw someone from his family at the field downstairs. i was trying out a pair of boots ( jason's) and was doing a bit of running. so spotty ( shall call him tt) came running down from nowwhere. my brother ran after him across the breadth of the field. the dog had no tag. it attempted to cross the road, while a taxi had to stop to avoid running over it. i guess the driver understood.

i thought that was it as spotty ran out of sight. he appeared quite well fed and i guess was running away or sth. i stayed on the field a bit longer and my eyes pried a comical scene taking place. a german shepard and his owner were out for a work and were trodding on e pavement across the road. spotty, i believe, was super glad to see another dog and was prancing around the german shepard. just imagine, small guy & big guy. the german shepard refused to move and his owner tugged at the leash to no avail. while the owner tried to lead his dog away, hiz dog had his own idea and wanted to turn around, whether to confront spotty or continue commnicating with spotty. it was obvious tt the german shepard wanted to get closer to spotty. this spotty, on the other hand, wasn't about to disappear all too quickly. he pranced around and jumped around, as if on the perimeter of a safety barrier around the german shepard. this scene went on for 10 minutes and all the while the owner was trying to pacify his dog and carry on w his walk.

this whole little drama struck me as very comical. perhaps as a city folk, i don't see much of nature and such scenes of interaction between animals amuses me to no end. i don't know where spotty went off to; the sky getting darker by the minute and the trio moving out of sight eventually. i hope spotty is safe.
