more importantly, it was e time i spent with my grandma n my grand aunt tt made it worthwhile. i've learnt certain lessons tt i'll do well to remember when it is my turn to care for my elders.

helped bala with his swimming yesterday and i must say he improved tremendously. he had it there partially n it was a matter of channeling his strength into the right stroke motion. he swam much better and can now swim to save his life if need be.

went on a bit of exploration arnd my area today. explored the industrial estate nearby n boy, it's fumy n very dirty. cycling in the wake of a departing truck or lorry is bound to leave an unpleasant aftertaste in ur mouth n sometimes some sediment in ur eyes. it was a physical challenge i posed myself n i must say i wasn't disappointed with my 3 hr ride today. well, i was a little weasy but still managed to play badminton, albeit rather poorly, after the ride.

tmr n e days ahead will present new challenges n experiences.
