27th December:
Tis is the day i've been waiting for. It's been two weeks since the right elbow was dislocated and today, i go to the specialist at Alexandra to confirm my progress. i expect it to be good and i'm extremely hopeful of a good review by the specialist. moments later, i step out of the room. Confused, unsure. I've been given 1 month atten B status, wrong, excuse upper limb. and no, he wouldn't reduce the period of rest. So nicely at AH pharmacy, i bump into rj n we have some bak kut teh for breakfast. I'm quiet on the way back to camp, unsure about the MO's review.

This is my first day at the medical centre. In the doc's office, all these events transpire. Excuse upper limb for a month, can't take part in crescendo. MO signs ooc form. i'm reeling in disbelieve. what the? u want to ooc me? u do it w so little emotion. training for so long.. n all this just over w the signing of the ooc document? My dad comes down w my brother in tow, speaks to the mo. we understand the situation n the MO is in no position to reduce my ex UL duration, it's up to the specialist. OFF to see the specialist tmr.

Anyway, Captain Bernard ( moi pc) wants to talk to me n he does so as always, in the smoking corner. i've grown used to filtering the smoke, but maybe, i don't quite bother abt it. he explains and shares with me. he can't do much either. Everything still points at the specialist. He will have to change his mind to give me a shot at making it.
