Update on Bao Quan's condition:

He is currently warded at TTSH (Tan Tock Seng Hospital). In the most recent development, he has been transferred from ICU to a normal ward. For those who are able to visit Bao, you can find him Ward 10D Bed 135.

It was fantastic to see him in the normal ward. One week on, he appears to have improved significiantly. The tubes and attachments have been reduced. Bao's level of responsiveness is extrememly encouraging. We saw him raise both arms, as if attempting to reach for his oxygen mask. The morphine is wearing off and as the pain is seeping through that layer of numbness, Bao is showing signs of distress, thus the arm-raising and the need to have his arms restrained by the bedside.

Do you know how beautiful his snoring is? If you can hear it, you'll smile with me.

Talk to Bao and you may just see his eyelids flicker in response. A sight of which warms the heart to no end.

Bao Quan is improving. Once again, it's Ward 10D Bed 135. Do pray for his family; his dad & mum and sister.
