28/01/2007Bao's birthday! Happy 22nd!It was great to see so many people gathered at the lobby. There were his relatives and his friends. Kudos to Alan, the sole instigator who rallied us and managed to get eight of us. Bao had 4 cakes. The first two were by his team of physiotherapists and his doctors. The third was by his relatives and the last by us. Unfortunately, we had got him fruit cake when he informed us that he preferred chocolate. He is really striving. This is really encouraging. Since the policy at the hospital is to clear as many patients before CNY, it seems likely that Bao will be spending his CNY at home. The way his relatives came, in numbers, the show of support, spoke volumes. wizzing away on 9:04 PM
