I've been putting in the kilometres on the bike recently.

Day cycling with gabriel and jeff down to the cbd, chinatown and east coast park.

Night cycling with alan down to tuas.

The bike my grand-uncle passed on to me has been the object of journey. A really well-equipped bike with quality parts, it has really helped me to explore and see places. Such a light frame, quality wheels, it's a joy to ride.

My confidence on the road has grown. However, the dangers on road are starkier than ever. The cars are getting faster, the trucks are getting bigger, drivers are bolder. The element of unknown is mystical and you can never put your finger on whatever comes. Always be vigilant and do not take safety for granted. I am reminded to be careful and i will be.

I've joked about cycling to school to save on bus fares. It is almost as if i'm training for it, with all this mileage.

Looking forward to more adventures.
